TDRT1193 Teak Dressing Table — View 1

TDRT1193 Teak Dressing Table

The TDRT1193 Teak Dressing Table is a thoughtfully designed solid teak dressing table that combines a generous full-length mirror with a smartly arranged storage base. The top portion features a tall mirror set within a clean teak frame, finished with a small shaped top piece for a balanced, classical silhouette — providing plenty of room for head-to-toe outfit checks. The base is where this dressing table differs from a standard drawer chest: the left side is a single-door cabinet — useful enclosed storage for bags, larger items, or anything you prefer to keep behind a door, while the right side is a vertical stack of three drawers for jewellery, accessories, undergarments, scarves, and other smaller essentials.

This combination gives you both organised drawer storage and a roomy enclosed cabinet, all in a footprint barely wider than a chest of drawers. The flat top surface across the entire piece offers ample room for perfumes, cosmetics, hair tools, and a few decorative pieces. A shaped base moulding anchors the design at the floor.

The whole dressing table is finished in a warm natural teak tone that highlights the rich grain. Measuring 29 inches wide, 18 inches deep, and 73 inches tall, the TDRT1193 is ideal for couples or anyone who needs a bit more enclosed storage from their dressing table.

Care Instructions

Dust the teak frame regularly with a soft, dry microfibre cloth along the wood grain. For deeper cleaning, wipe with a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately — never leave water sitting on the surface. Apply a quality teak oil or furniture wax every 6–12 months to nourish the wood and maintain its natural lustre. Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight to prevent fading, and away from radiators or heat sources to prevent the wood from drying. Lubricate hinges, drawer slides, and any locks periodically with a drop of light machine oil. Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
