Return & Exchange Policy
Inspect Upon Delivery
We take great care in packaging and transporting your furniture. Please inspect all items carefully upon delivery before our team leaves.
Report any issues, damage, or defects to our delivery team immediately so we can resolve them on the spot.
Manufacturing Defects
If you discover a manufacturing defect within 7 days of delivery, contact us and we will:
- Repair the item at no cost, or
- Replace the item with the same model, or
- Offer a suitable alternative of equal or greater value
Manufacturing defects include structural faults, broken joints, misaligned doors/drawers, and finish irregularities that were not visible at the time of purchase.

What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling after delivery
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Water or heat damage from external sources
- Modifications made to the furniture by the customer
- Items that have been disassembled or moved without professional assistance
Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes a piece may not be the perfect fit. If you wish to exchange an item:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- The item must be in its original condition with no damage
- Exchange is subject to availability of the replacement item
- Transport costs for exchange may apply
How to Make a Claim
- Contact us via WhatsApp or phone with your order details
- Share clear photos of the issue or defect
- Our team will assess the claim within 24–48 hours
- We will arrange a repair, replacement, or exchange as appropriate
